Our journey began in 2022 with our debut in the foodcourt industry, where we partnered with OT Group to conceptualize and operate Pasar Nusantara, an authentic culinary foodcourt located in the renowned Sarinah Mall in Central Jakarta.

Successfully collecting well curated F&B tenants into our loyal partner, our success in foodcourt operations led us to take on the revitalization of an existing foodcourt in Lebak Bulus.

We transformed Kampung Artis into a fresh and appealing concept, further enhancing our Credentials.

In the same year, we strengthened our partnership with OT Group by managing their new property in Kebon Jeruk. Here, we developed a strategic concept for Club de Arjuna, a golf course that features curated F&B tenants, including some popular restaurants: Holy Ribs, NOB Cafe & Patisserie, Five Monkeys, and Katsutoku.

Kulturasa is a foodcourt in Jakarta Barat that quickly became popular thanks to its well-curated tenants, attracting a significant daily traffic of customers. Offering authentic Indonesian delicacies from various regions, this food court comfortable ambience and stylish interior enhance the dining experience, making it the perfect spot trendline for business, casual and family gathering.

Our collaboration with MAS Group marked a significant milestone as we took on a 3.5-hectare commercial area focused on sport facilities and F&B. This challenge culminated in the establishment of MAXS Sport Center, a premier sports recreation venue in Tangerang, showcasing our expertise in hospitality services by providing a whole facilities from Soccer Field, Badminton, Swimming Pool, Fitness & Wellness Center, Foodcourt to Kids Playground.
